Refund policy
Please be aware that all sales are final and we don not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. If your order is damaged please contact info@nightrainskincare.com with clear pictures of the damaged packaging and item and a picture of the invoice to start the process of a possible replacement or refund. Please provide your order number and name in the email. .Failure to provide the sufficient evidence means that you may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
If for any reason your order is returned back to Nightrain Skincare, you will be refunded your full order amount minus the delivery charges.
