Shipping Policy
Processing time and delivery
Please allow 1-10 working days processing time & 2 working days for UK delivery once shipped as we use tracked 48. International delivery will vary around 5-15 working days. Delivery delays may occur due to potential Royal Mail strikes.
All items are sent with Royal Mail tracked 48. Please ensure that somebody is home to sign for the parcel. Please allow an extra 1-14 days processing time during restocks, sale periods and holidays and Black Friday.
Once orders have been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including the tracking information. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking activity to become available after receiving a dispatched email.
All orders are shipped out Monday-Friday. We do not ship out on weekends.

Address issues
It is the customers responsibility to provide a full and valid address. If you need to make an amendment to your address please contact info@nightrainskincare.com. We can not guarantee that we will be able to change your address (especially during busy periods) as orders are often sent out faster than the recommended processing times. If for any reason that we are unable to amend the address, we can not be held liable for any orders delivered to the wrong address. It is the customers responsibility to contact the courier and arrange a redelivery.
If an invalid address is provided and for any reason it is unable to be changed, your order may be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
Damaged, Missing or Wrong Orders
If in the unfortunate circumstance where you receive a damaged or wrong order, please contact info@nightrainskincare.com as soon as possible with a clear picture of the order received, including the invoice that is in the package, your order number and full name and you will be assisted. In the event where you do not have proof of the invoice that was in the order for wrong orders, we may not be able to issue a replacement or refund as that is crucial for us to look into the issue.
We are not held liable for any missing deliveries that have been signed for & are marked delivered. The courier is responsible so please contact them for incorrect delivery.
Returned orders and Returns
If for any reason your order is returned back to Nightrain Skincare, you will be refunded your full order amount minus the delivery charges.
Please be aware that all sales are final and we don not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.
Customs, duties and Taxes
Nightrain Skincare are not liable for any fees that you may be charged.
